This package contains four spreadsheets documenting the emergence of Cicadas (Quintillia spp) in 1989, 1990 and 1991 on the Tierberg Karoo Research Centre and on nearby farms. It include information on the mass and density of the cicadas, their density in relation to landuse and vegetation structure, and changes in density over 30 days after emergence of the adults.
