Tumor associated macrophage sequencing from primary, regressing, and recurrent MTB;TAN tumors.

Tumor associated macrophages (CD45+/CD11b+/F4/80+) were sorted from primary, 5 day -dox, and recurrent tumors in the MTB;TAN model. RNA was isolated and was sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq 4000 libraries and sequencing platform with 200 base pair single end reads by the Duke GCB Sequencing and Genomic Technologies Shared Resource.
