Comparison of two genomic approaches in species delimitation of parapatric species pair of butterflies

Defining species boundaries in parapatric systems remain challenging due to the presence of gene flow. In this project, we compared the utility of two popular genomic approaches, target enrichment and ddRAD in systematics of a parapatric species pair of butterflies- Melitaea athalia and Melitaea celadussa. We employed a suit of Phylogenomics, population genetic and species delimitation methods to aid this comparison.
