CD200R1-related transcriptomic analyses

This upload contains three code and data packages related to the manuscript titled: "CD200R1 loss in CNS-associated macrophages triggers T cell-driven neurodegeneration in Parkinson’s disease" The contents include: 1. GSE194432- Processed count matrix used for microglia, PVM, and MnM cell types in Figure 1H.2. GSE128855 - Reanalysis code and scripts for public single-cell RNA-seq dataset.3. WT_CD200rKO_scRNA_analysis_bin - Custom scripts and processed data used for scRNA-seq analysis comparing WT and CD200R1 knockout (Cd200r1⁻/⁻) mouse brain myeloid populations. These files include preprocessed Seurat/Scanpy objects, metadata annotations, and scripts for clustering, marker identification, and UMAP generation.
