(SCRAMBLE) Salmonella enterica: Characterization of virulence, antimicrobial resistance and detection in eggs, meat, and meat products

Whole genome sequencing was used to characterize antimicrobial resistance and virulence in selected Salmonella enterica isolates obtained from eggs and environmental samples collected from layer farms in the Philippines. These genomic data provide a valuable reference for assessing the prevalence and distribution of the organism throughout the farm-to-fork continuum.
