Synthetic T1-weighted Brain MRI Dataset with Controlled Left Caudate Morphological Bias

This dataset contains synthetic T1-weighted brain MR images generated with the SimBA framework under controlled weak and strong bias settings. The data were designed to simulate localized morphological differences in the left caudate, enabling controlled evaluation of bias, fairness, and active learning strategies in brain MRI segmentation. Each dataset includes 312 images, balanced between cases with and without the localized deformation, with image size 170 × 170 × 76 and 1 mm isotropic resolution.
