Effect of interleukin-1beta on confluent human lymphatic endothelial cells

The goal of the study was to examine the transcriptional changes in human lymphatic endothelial cells (LEC) stimulated by interleukin-1beta Overall design: RNAseq profiling of human LECs (HMVEC-dLy) cultured until confluent and then serum-starved (1% FCS) overnight, followed by exposure during 24h to 20 ng/mL human recombinant IL1beta. Controls were treated the same way without addition of IL1beta.
