Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer Model Spring Cells

This dataset consists of model cells through which discharge from the ESPA can be simulated. Water can only discharge from these cells when the aquifer level reaches a specified elevation. Water can never flow into the aquifer model through a spring cell. The Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer (ESPA) model is used for water management decisions, including conjunctive administration of surface and ground water.
