To study the dynamic of DNA methylation during male gametogenesis 9 stages of germ cells were purified, then DNA samples (n=4/stage) were analyzed by Rat Methyl seq capture Overall design: After running the classic pipeline of DNA methylation data processing, DNA methylation was extracted for each samples and each mapped locus, then this data were segmented into segments with at least 50bp and finally we performed DMR search and explored the segments.
