Workplace and Community Demographics Report

City Council has set a goal to apply an equity lens across all City services, goals, strategies and budgets. Increasing workforce diversity helps to support and reinforce the equity work outlined in this biennium's Council goals. The City organization has intentionally changed its practices to recruit, hire and retain a workforce that better represents the diversity within our community. This is a long-term endeavor where each open position is an opportunity to build diversity. In the spirit of transparency and continuous improvement over time, this dashboard reflects key demographics of the current employee population, with the data refreshing nightly.
