Open-source sequence validation (DIB)

Two open-source Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) sequences were coded using PyPulseq and tested at two sites to demonstrate a sequence validation framework. Sequence scripts (.ipynb notebooks), simulated and acquired data, reconstruction and analysis scripts, as well as images are included. Pulseq system configurations of five scanners are included for replication.

两款开源的磁共振成像（MRI）序列，采用PyPulseq进行编码，并在两个地点进行测试，旨在展示序列验证框架。序列脚本（.ipynb 笔记本）、模拟和采集的数据、重建和分析脚本，以及图像均包含在内。此外，还提供了五台扫描仪的Pulseq系统配置以供复现。
