资源简介:
<p><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Statewide spot elevations derived from </span><a target='_blank' href='https://kyfromabove.ky.gov/' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>KyFromAbove</a><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'> Phase 2 LiDAR. The spot elevations show the highest and lowest elevation in each 5,000-ft tile grid, which is the tiling scheme used to generate the base elevation layers. The 5k grid resolution balances computational efficiency with sufficient detail to capture meaningful topographic variation and should be useful for terrain analysis.</span></p><p><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>The layer contains 91,779 point features representing elevation extremes in all 5k grid cells. The dataset identifies both the highest and lowest elevation points within each grid cell. The layer includes 45,903 unique grid cells, with each cell containing two points: </span></p><ul><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>HIGHEST (45,903 points) – the maximum elevation location within the cell </span></li><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>LOWEST (45,878 points) – the minimum elevation location within the cell </span></li></ul><p><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>This layer captures the full elevation range from the western Purchase region to the rugged Appalachian highlands. Elevations span from -84.84 feet (a mine site in western Kentucky) to 4,139.4 feet (Black Mountain in Harlan County). Note: The slight difference in counts may arise from a small number of cells with no elevation difference, and the lowest-elevation cells were removed during postprocessing. </span></p><p><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Each feature includes: </span></p><ul><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Grid identifier (e.g., "N011E285") using a standardized naming convention </span></li><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>X and Y coordinates in Kentucky State Plane (FIPS 1600)</span></li><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Elevation in feet, derived from high-resolution DEM</span></li><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Type of point, highest or lowest</span></li><li><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Duplicate flag (all set to 0, indicating no duplicate issues) </span></li></ul><p> </p><div> </div>
