We
herein describe an intermolecular enantioselective α-addition
of aldehydes to allenamides using a dual copper/enamine catalytic
system. Highly enantioselective addition of aldehydes was obtained
thanks to secondary amine catalysts. The process was found to be highly
regio-, stereo-, and enantioselective under mild conditions.
