Data of BS-seq and RNA-seq in stems of Populus trichocarpa

In this study,plant seedlings were planted in humus soil in the greenhouse at Northeast Forestry University for 90 days. Then, 63 trees, primary stems (PS), transitional stems (TS), and secondary stems (SS) were used as experimental materials for tr ans c r i p to mic profiling and DNA meth y lat ion sequencing. The information and data we provided here will be instrumental for understanding the roles of m e t h y l a t i o n in wood formation in tree species.
