Blockade of CD47 and CD24 signaling pathways can promote macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells. A peptide-antibody combo-supramolecular in situ assembled CD47 and CD24 bi-target inhibitors (PAC-SABIs) that enhances the phagocytic ability of macrophages and improves the immune response against 4T1 breast cancer. The study involves RNA-seq of 4T1 tumors with or without PAC-SABIs treatment.
