台灣糖業公司有機栽培作物驗證面積

台糖公司係以糖業生產起家，之前自有農地均為種蔗使用，隨著糖業生產型態的變遷、糖廠關閉及開放蔗糖進口等因素，農地由以往製糖所需之原料生產及蔗作休閒地短期出租轉變為離蔗農地永續利用。又因糖業式微及因應國營事業民營化需要，自多角化經營以來，有機農業人力及農地資源分布如下:一、有機米：自民國92年於雲林虎尾取得有機驗證，開始有機水稻生產，迄今已15年之久，生產基地分布於中彰區處元埔園場、屏東區處建功農場及花東區處位於臺東的豐樂農場與花蓮的大富農場，所栽培品種多為行政院農業委員會農糧署推薦良質米品種，包含臺南11號、臺東30號及臺稉2號等。106年底總驗證面積103.08公頃，濕穀年產約800公噸。二、有機蔬果：自民國91年於高雄區處花卉農園中心有機蔬菜生產基地取得MOA驗證，開始有機蔬果生產，96年起陸續有臺南善化有機園區、雲林斗六有機園區、高雄燕巢有機園區投入生產，另新成立臺南官田有機園區於103年1月2日開工。生產作物品項包含有機葉菜類、有機根莖類、有機花瓜果類及有機水果。106年底總驗證面積67.75公頃，年產銷量約620公噸。Taiwan Sugar Corporation originated from sugar production. All its previously owned farmlands were exclusively used for sugarcane cultivation. However, with the changes in sugar production patterns, the closure of sugar refineries, and the liberalization of sugar imports, the farmlands have shifted from short-term rental for sugar manufacturing raw material production and fallow sugarcane land to sustainable utilization away from sugarcane cultivation. Due to the decline of the sugar industry and the requirements of state-owned enterprise privatization, the distribution of organic agriculture manpower and farmland resources since the company's implementation of diversified operations is as follows: 1. Organic Rice: In 2003 (the 92nd year of the Republic of China), Taiwan Sugar Corporation obtained organic certification in Huwei, Yunlin County, and launched organic rice production, which has been carried out for 15 years by now. The production bases are located at Yuanpu Farm of the Central-Changhua District Office, Jianong Farm of the Pingtung District Office, Fengle Farm in Taitung and Dafu Farm in Hualien under the Hualien-Taitung District Office. The cultivated varieties are mostly high-quality rice varieties recommended by the Agricultural Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, including Tainan No.11, Taitung No.30, and Taikeng No.2. By the end of 2017 (the 106th year of the Republic of China), the total certified area reached 103.08 hectares, with an annual wet rice yield of approximately 800 metric tons. 2. Organic Vegetables and Fruits: In 2002 (the 91st year of the Republic of China), the organic vegetable production base of the Flower and Horticulture Farm Center under the Kaohsiung District Office obtained MOA certification, and organic vegetable and fruit production commenced. Since 2007 (the 96th year of the Republic of China), the Tainan Shanhua Organic Park, Yunlin Douliu Organic Park, and Kaohsiung Yanchao Organic Park have been put into production. Additionally, the newly established Tainan Guantian Organic Park started construction on January 2, 2014 (the 103rd year of the Republic of China). The production categories include organic leafy vegetables, organic root and tuber vegetables, organic flowers, melons and fruits, and organic fruits. By the end of 2017, the total certified area was 67.75 hectares, with an annual production and sales volume of approximately 620 metric tons.
