Difference of the intestinal microbiota between healthy and diarrhea sheep

In order to explore the pathogens that cause diarrhea in sheep, anal swabs were taken from healthy and diarrhea sheep. In the first two days of diarrhea, there was no treatment. Two days later, the sheep with diarrhea were treated with antibiotics and the changes in the intestinal flora of the sheep were explored.
