Dataset of the Gaia Splinter Session of the 51 Peg b, 30th anniversary - Cool giant planets and their system - conference at OHP (Oct 6-10, 2025)

This dataset contains the data and notebooks for the Gaia Splinter Session at the 51 Peg b, 30th anniversary - Cool giant planets and their system - conference at OHP (Oct 6-10, 2025). It includes several simulated GAIA astrometric time series - based on real sampling and noise pattern of DR4 anonymized targets. These practical cases are meant to search for low amplitude companions and distinguish them from possible artefacts. In addition, a notebook - based on Delisle et al (Astronomy and Astrophysics 667A, 172, 2022) - is provided to illustrate the combination of radial velocities and Hipparcos data reformatted as GAIA time series.
