This paper introduces Sympathetic Coherence Engineering (SCE), a falsifiable framework for understanding informational resonance, entropy, and causal drag. By correlating EEG-based neural coherence with quantum random number generator (QRNG) entropy deviation, the paper proposes a testable, interdisciplinary model bridging neuroscience, quantum physics, and informational theory.
