Whole genome bisulfite sequencing from somatic mouse models of with bone marrow deficient for Dnmt3a, Dnmt3b (or both), or expressing the dominant negative Dnmt3aR878H mutation. The focal, canonical hypomethylation phenotype observed in these cells is partially reversed by in vitro or in vivo addbacks of DNMT3A, as well as (dependent on genotype) addbacks of DNMT3B1, DNMT3B3, and DNMT3L.
