Identification and characterization of two distinct Natural Killer cell subpopulations in RAG1 knockout chicken model

Natural Killer (NK) cells are cytotoxic lymphocytes without expression of CD3 and T cell receptor. However, NK cells in chicken are not fully understood. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of lymphocytes in RAG1 disrupted chicken spleen. Overall design: The RAG1 disrupted chicken and wild-type chicken spleen were dissociated into single cells and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
