We analyzed the whole genome expression profile of NTAPP-exposed ASCs to understand the molecular mechanism of the activated proliferation of adult stem cells by NTAPP exposure. Total RNA was extracted from NTAPP-exposed and unexposed ASCs at 9 h and 24 h after NTAPP exposure for 50 sec every hour in 10 times.
