This folder contains two files:Dataset 1 contains raw data points and tables used to create figures in my thesis. Majority of the data contains measurements of neurite length in various C. elegans mutant backgrounds. As well as quantification of microtubule dynamics measured by EBP-2::GFP tracks, fluorescent intensity of particular neuronal cell bodies, percentage of reporter expression, number of responses to touch stimulation and number of dendrites branches in various mutant backgrounds. Majority of experimental results were conducted in the touch receptor neurons or PVD sensory neurons.Dataset 2 contains statistical analyses to generate significance differences in the above figures (if applicable). Majority of the statistical analyses were done through one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test of mutants with the wild-type animals or Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test for all pairwise comparisons. Student’s t-test was used to compare only one pair of samples.
