This data corresponds to an FFPE sample with pathologist annotations from a ductal carcinoma patient that was obtained from the 10x Genomics Datasets portal. The data was preprocessed using the pipelines in the ST-preprocess repository. Here, you can find the Seurat object obtained from this analysis. This object is meant to help users follow Beyondcell's ST analysis.
