Replication Data for "A neural circuit for context-dependent multimodal signaling in Drosophila"

This dataset contains raw data for replication of our published results of "A neural circuit for context-dependent multimodal signaling in Drosophila".

We provide a fundamental Jupyter Notebook 'raw_data_loading.ipynb' which illustrates how to load the raw data alongside a 'xb.yml' to create a conda environment containing the packages to run the Notebook. A table 'experiments_overview.xlsx' gives an overview of the experimental conditions for each experiment.

Raw data need to be split into /dat and /res folders which contain folders for every single experiment (see example structure in 'raw_data_loading.ipynb'). In /dat lie traces of LED stimulation *_.daq.h5 as well as meta data *_daq.log and *_timestamps.h5. In /res lie all other files, i.e. manual annotations of Drosophila courtship signals *_annotations.csv and pose tracking data of flies *_sleap.h5 or *_poses_dpk.zarr and *_tracks.h5.
