LncRNA high-throughput sequencing dataset of osteonecrosis of the femoral head

This dataset contains lncRNA and mRNA sequencing data from human femoral head tissue samples of patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) and matched controls. High-throughput RNA-seq was performed to profile transcriptome-wide lncRNA and mRNA expression patterns. The data provide a resource for studying molecular mechanisms and potential biomarkers of ONFH.
