The series comprised employment history (sheets/cards in volumes) of employees of the Printing Division. The Printing and Stationery Branch was abolished as a separate Division and incorporated within the Stores Branch as from 1 January, 1922. However, the personnel records were maintained separately from the Stores Branch personnel records even after 1 January 1922.The information recorded includes:- Name, date and place of birth, address and qualifications- Date of appointment, classification and- Other information (date of permanent employment, resignation, retirement and transfer).
