<b>Getting Help from the Extended Family: Identification and Genetic Characterisation of Novel Resistance to </b><b><i>Globodera pallida</i></b><b> ‘Oberlangen’ in Wild </b><b><i>Solanum</i></b><b> Species</b>. The resistant wild species accession CGN17888 <i>(S. hawkesianum)</i> was characterised with resistance loci mapped in population <b>14A-hwk </b>obtained by crossing CGN17888-16 with JKI-GL-08.1206.02. 146 progeny clones and the parents were genotyped via GBS analysis.19,784 SNPs were fully covered in more than 66% of the samples with a minor allele frequency &gt; 10%.<b> Data set GBS14A_hwk_variants</b> shows variant calls and sample genotype data with <i>S. tuberosum</i> Group Phureja DM 1-3 516R44 Genome Annotation v6.1 as the reference genome.
