Datasets for: Genomic and epidemiological identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa transmission chains and in hospital ICUs

This dataset supports the analyses presented in the manuscript: Genomic and epidemiological identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa transmission chains and in hospital ICUs The archive contains raw and processed datasets used to infer transmission clusters and evaluate SNP-based thresholds, including:- epidemiological metadata- genomic distance matrices- intermediate processed tables used for figure generation Due to size constraints, these data are not hosted directly on GitHub. ### Repository integrationThe accompanying analysis code is available at:https://github.com/luciagrami/PA_snp_threshold After downloading and extracting the archive, files should be placed in a folder named `data/` at the root of the GitHub repository to reproduce the analyses. ### File formatsData are provided as CSV. ### Usage notesThe data are intended for research and reproducibility purposes.
