Microelectrode array voltage stimulation of monocultured fungal ELMs
收藏资源简介:
Voltage-based stimulation of the Hericium erinaceus fungal ELM in monoculture using custom fabricated microelectrode array with electrode radius of 25 μm and spacing of 700 μm. A pair of dual channel voltage-based stimulation microelectrodes were utilised, located at four outer corners of the array. The analysis examined 48 distinct stimulation conditions at a sample rate of 30 kHz across 48 experimental groups, including 24 biphasic and 24 monophasic stimulation protocols with both cathodic and anodic pulses. Data was collected from multiple trials per condition and stimulus artifact removal was implemented via blanking techniques. This upload includes the raw data for a single condition: biphasic cathodic stimulation of fungal monocultures of species H. erinaceus. Note that stimulus blanking and other signal processing methods have not been applied to this uploaded raw data file. Recommended data loading is via OpenEphys/spikeinterface Python loaders or similar.
