Table listing polymorphisms in eQTL. The polymorphism between and CB4856 and N2 were taken from Thompson et al., 2015 and counted in the genes with cis-, trans-, or no eQTL. Furthermore, the cis- and trans-eQTL have also been compared based on effect (higher expression in CB4856 or N2).
