Clinical covariates and proteomic expression levels for 205 acute myeloid leukemia patients. Protein expression was obtained by reverse phase protein array.
Signatures (assigned to each patient and protein functional group) refer to analysis performed by the MetaGalaxy method. Results are presented in Hu et al., Nature Biomedical Engineering, 2019, "A quantitative analysis of heterogeneities and hallmarks in acute myelogenous leukaemia," and an atlas of results is provided online at LeukemiaAtlas.org
