Data and code for the paper entitled "Acclimation modulates the temperature-dependent mismatch between growth and carrying capacity". Files contain raw data for growth rate (growth_rate_all.xlsx) and for population time series (organized_raw_carrying_capacity.xlsx) and calculated carrying capacity values based on time series (carrying_capacity_estimated_k.xlsx). Codes for growth rate TPC fitting (r_sharpeschoolfield_fit.R) and carrying capacity fitting (K_sharpeschoofield_fit.R) are also available.
