Alzheimer's disease (AD) is associated with changes in the gut including dysbiosis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to understand changes in the immune landscape associated with AD Overall design: Pooled colon immune cells from 3 female littermate controlled mice at 9-months of age from WT and 5XFAD groups were isolated using fluorescense-activated cell sorting (FACS) of LiveCD45+ cells and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
