Viral-induced cytopathic effects of different SARS-CoV-2 variants

Dataset of the viral-induced cytopathic effects of different SARS-CoV-2 variants: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta i Omicron. The first column of the dataset contains the viral dilutions for each variant, and the second one, the log10 transfomation of the dilution. Finally, columns 3 to 7 indicate the percentage of the cytopathic effect.
