Managerial Ownership in a Private Firm Framework

This folder contains the Stata code and a pseudo-dataset to produce both the tables and figures presented in the paper, “Managerial Ownership in a Private Firm Framework”. Due to non-disclosure agreements, we are unable to provide the raw dataset. In the pseudo dataset, we include a dataset that illustrates the structure of the data obtained from our data provider. To ensure anonymity, the data in the pseudo dataset is randomly generated.
