GCC sector workforce distribution in India 2019, by cities

In 2019, Bengaluru had the most global capability centers (GCCs) workforce in India with 37 percent. Delhi as the distant second had around 15 percent during the same period.GCCs provide services of business operations, including back-office functions, corporate business support, and contract centers, as well as IT support, including app development and maintenance, remote IT infrastructure, and help desks. GCCs enhance the productivity in the above-mentioned fields through concentration of personnel and infrastructure.
