Data from: Plant-soil feedbacks in a diverse grassland: Soil remembers, but not too much.

Metadata

Dataset used in the study of Kutakova et al. (2023) consists of data from two experiments:

- Exp 1: four model species (Festuca rubra, Anthoxanthum odoratum, Leontodon hispidus, Ranunculus acris) grown in field-conditioned soil (Festuca-dominated grassland versus Festuca removal)

- Exp 2: classical pot plant-soil feedback experiment consisting of:

--- first conditioning (Festuca vs. unplanted control)

--- second conditioning (one of the four model species)

--- feedback phase (Festuca)

--- soil chemical analyses were done after the first and the second conditioning phase
