This dataset presents the annual figures of main penalties imposed on adults by criminal authority (cantonal, federal or military court), type of punishment (including form of enforcement), duration of the sanction (median, minimum and maximum duration of imprisonment or financial penalties , expulsion and community service, and the median, minimum and maximum amount of fines) by conviction year, since 2007.
