Dataset_S16_1000taxa_ReadyToGo

ReadyToGo (amino acid and nucleotide) files produced by PhyloToL 6 part 1, which was used for our 1000 taxa case study. Each fasta file contains all transcripts/CDSs assigned OGs using the Hook reference database for gene family assignment. Each sequence begins with the 10 digit species ID and ends with the 10 digit gene family identifier. Also included are spreadsheets describing the composition, coverage, length, and other stats of both input and output sequences for each taxon, also automatically output by PhyloToL part 1.This dataset includes AminoAcid Files (AA) and Nucleotides Files (NTD) with sequences labeled by their GC composition, OG6 if sequences fall between the taxon specific ranges, OGA if more AT rich and OGG if more GC rich.
