This dataset supports a structured review of remote sensing applications for invasive alien plant species published between 2000 and 2025. It contains a harmonised extraction database of empirical studies, including bibliographic information, target species, sensor and platform characteristics, spectral index codes, analytical methods, validation approaches, reference-data provenance, reported accuracy metrics, study-area characteristics, and geographic information.
