Single cell RNA and TCR sequencing of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes from human melanoma

The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the transcriptional profiles and clonotypes at a single cell level of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes from human melanoma. Overall design: Lymphocytes from 8 samples of PBMCs or tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes from patients with metastatic melanoma were sort-purified and underwent single cell RNA-sequencing with or without single cell TCR sequencing.
