To investigate the effect of TMEM175 on bone marrow-derived macrophages, bone marrow-derived macrophages from WT or Tmem175flox/flox Lyz2-Cre+/- mice were cultured. The cells were then lysed for RNA-seq. Overall design: Primary WT or Tmem175flox/flox Lyz2-Cre+/- bone marrow-derived macrophages were cultured in 6 plates. Three wells was WT bone marrow-derived macrophages, while the other three wells were Tmem175flox/flox Lyz2-Cre+/- bone marrow-derived macrophages. The cells were lysed for RNA-seq.
