CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPING PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS BASED ON A DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH

The article analyzes the importance and conditions of a differentiated approach in developing pedagogical competence among future primary school teachers. The differentiated approach enables the effective development of pedagogical competence through strengthening theoretical knowledge, forming practical skills, and fostering reflective thinking. The paper also highlights the role of theoretical and practical conditions, as well as the significance of interactive methods and information and communication technologies (ICT) in competence development.
