This is the data associated with the modification of activated carbon fibre used as adsorbent in removing antibiotics from aqueous media. The data details the design of experiment approach adopted in the study for both modification of material, as well as the liquid-phase antibiotics adsorption process. In addition, the key characterisation data for the adsorbent used in this study has been included.
