Uncalled4 Example Data

Example datasets for Uncalled4: a toolkit for nanopore signal alignment, analysis, and visualization. Contains two RNA datasets and two DNA datasets. Both RNA datasets come from Escherichia coli 16s ribosomal RNA sequencing, <i>in vitro </i>transcribed (IVT) to remove modifications and one native sequencing run. The DNA datasets are from Drosophila melanogaster chromosome 1, one using legacy ONT r9.4.1 sequencing and the other r10.4.1. "raw/" contains signal data in FAST5, POD5, and BLOW5 format, "mm2" contains minimap2 alignments output by Guppy 6.4.8 with the --moves_out option, and "ref/" contains FASTA references for these samples.
