Clarkia xantiana reference genome and population genomics

Clarkia xantiana ssp. xantiana and ssp. parviflora are two subspecies that vary in their mating system and have come into secondary contact. The goal of this study is to quantify introgression between the subspecies across their zone of secondary contact, and to determine if differences in mating system affect the magnitude and /or degree of asymmetry in introgression.
