16S amplicon data from soil study at MPG Ranch. Dates in file names denote sequencing runs at Argonne National Lab. Files beginning with R1 are forward read files (raw fastq files) and files beginning with I1 are index sequences. Concatenate the R1 and I1 files with the same date (in alphabetical order) prior to demultiplexing. The text file is the mapping file with barcode sequences.
