Characterization of the role of Elongin A in transcription regulation in DLD1 cell

We performed RNA-seq, 4sU-seq, ChIP-seq and Cut&Run to characterize how Elongin A regulates different steps during the transcription cycle. Overall design: RNA-seq, 4sU-seq, ChIP-seq for Pol II, Pol II-ser2p, Pol II-ser5p were performed in control and Elongin A depleted DLD1 cells. Elongin A Cut&Run was performed to determine the genome-wide localization of Elongin A. All experiments were performed in replicates.
