Metagenomic analysis of bat guano sampled in Cabalyorisa and tinmori Caves in Mabini, Pangasinan and Determination of the Efficacy and Safety of the Bat Guano as Organic Agricultural Fertilizer

The project is a DA-BAR/ UP NSRI-funded PostDoctoral Research under the PostDoctoral and Senior Scientist Research Fellowship Program hosted by the University of the Philippines Diliman Natural Sciences Research Institute. The objectives of the study include (1) the metagenomics analyses of guano from selected caves in Mabini, Pangasinan and (2) determination of the efficacy and safety of the bat guano as organic fertilizer.
